How do you develop a workable process so you're getting the insights you need? And above all, how much is it going to cost? When it comes to your team, you'll want to think of them as social detectives. They should be experts at digital media with excellent judgment, cool under pressure, and have the ability to spot and analyze trends or issues that may be brewing.
