- [Instructor] As you work on increasingly complex projects you'll find your media panel rapidly filling up with files. When you've only got a half dozen items in there it's easy to find what you want. But what do you do when you've got potentially hundreds of videos, images, music files and audio clips? Fortunately HitFilm has a bunch of features to help you find, sort and organize your media so that you can keep things under control. Along the top of the listing in the media panel you can find options to rearrange items by name or by type. By name keeps everything in alphabetical order according to their name, while by type will group items based on file type, such as image format, video format, etc. Clicking the sorting button here will simply reverse the listing order. You can use the search box to immediately filter down by name which is obviously very useful if you know what your clips are called.
