Logic question technique

- [Voiceover] Since logic questions are quite a bit different than normal reading comprehension questions, I usually urge my students to use technique more precisely. So in this video I'll explain how to prepare to answer a logic style question. So the first thing you should do is just read the passage or in the case of a logic question about part of a normal passage, read the relevant area. Like usual, just get a general summary of what's going on. If you're dealing with an argument, for instance, notice that it may be useful to include not only a summary of what the argument is arguing, but also include what the argument is predicated on. And usually that's gonna be the sentence before the argument. The next step is to paraphrase the key parts of the passage. Your goal at this point is be able to write down in simple terms what the key parts are.
