- [Voiceover] No discussion of the GRE essays would be complete without talking about the way that you write. In this video I'll give you some ideas about ways to improve your use of English. One of the ways you can improve your writing is by varying your sentence structure. If I'm describing the benefits of letting employees have a say in their company's planning in an essay's conclusion, I could write a string of simple sentences. Employees who are involved in planning will feel rewarded. Also, employees involved in planning will be more likely to work hard. Finally, employees consulted for the company's plans will provide unique insights. Or, I could write a more complex sentence. Employees who are involved in planning will feel rewarded, will be more likely to work hard, and will provide unique insights.
