This course is focused on the fundamental principles of adult learning. Now I'd like to share a few suggestions to help you deepen your understanding of these concepts and apply them to your own instructional design projects. First it may helpful to revisit specific videos as you're working on a project of your own. They can be used as a quick reference for ideas or techniques that you'd like to incorporate into training You Design. Second, I encourage you to use the downloadable worksheets that come with this course to help you apply these concepts to your own work. Finally, I've included a reference guide that lists books, websites, and articles that can give you additional insight into adult learners. As we conclude this course, I'd like to issue a challenge.
