What you should know
- [Instructor] Coming into this course you should have a working knowledge of HTML. If you don't understand HTML, a gentle introduction is my course: Practical HTML for Marketing Projects. Even if you're not working on marketing, this will get you started with some background information about how HTML works. If you're also interested in styling your document, you should have a working knowledge of CSS as well. I recommend the CSS Essential Training one course for this type of background. I'll be working with CodePen in this course, available at codepen.io. You can follow along with my examples directly in CodePen via the URL provided for each video without an account. However, creating an account if you want to save your work and then fork my examples to make your own saved changes. JavaScript is not included in this course, so no background in that is required. With a little knowledge of HTML and CSS you should be ready to start the course.
