- [Instructor] When a user looks at a form on a website, they aren't thinking of it as a collection of HTML and CSS, like you are. They couldn't care less what kind of code is behind it. All that they are concerned with is the experience of filling out the form. You can't just think of a form as one page on a website, you have to consider it as a part of a process of whatever action the user is trying to take. Users don't like to give you their information, so one of the first things that will happen as they're filling out the form is they're going to decide whether they feel comfortable giving you their information.
