We no longer just create HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files, but in order to be more compatible with older browsers, we use tools like transpilers and CSS processors. Hey there, this is Ray Villalobos, and in this course, I'm going to show you how to manage the process of building websites with a tool called gulp.js. Now, although there's a lot of options for working with projects, including newer tools like Rollup and Webpack, gulp.js gives you a consistent, easy to use language for creating and managing common tasks. In this course, I'm going to help you understand the concepts behind gulp, and show you how to work with the fourth version of the library. I'll take you through a step by step guide where we'll build a typical process to work with serial and parallel tasks, and process JavaScript and CSS using SAS.
