- [Instructor] As you get better at building prototypes in Grasshopper, the extent to which other users will be the primary operators of the prototype, only increases. You will build the prototypes for colleagues and clients to use. When you're building for others to use, there are two core goals, Accessibility. You want users with varying experience levels to operate the prototype without asking questions. And flexibility. You want users, particularly advanced users, to be able to adapt your prototype to new uses without returning to you for edits or updates. In this video, we will walk through how to maximize flexibility by setting up modular user objects. I have our exercise file open in Grasshopper. Grasshopper enables you to share functionality as components by creating user objects. You've been thinking about modularity in developing your prototype as we have.
