I've been working with, and teaching young designers…for over 25 years.…And what I see in this generation,…more than all previous ones,…is a high level of emotional fragility.…The side effect of always being connected…is a barrage of constant distraction and stimulation,…and this creates a state of anxiety.…Studies also show what I've seen…that millennials are more prone to depression…and low self-esteem, and are often challenged…with attention deficit issues.…
