A fresh point of view for your next downtown picture-taking field trip
- [Instructor] This project's going to involve heading downtown with your camera and taking pictures of whatever catches your fancy, catches your eye. It could be an old sign, could be a new building, maybe an abandoned building. It could be some urban art or like a window display or even a good looking piece of garbage. I mean why not? It could also be at least a few of those identity-free pictures that we talked about in the last video. You can use whatever camera you like for this one. But once again, I'm going to encourage you to use either a decent quality pocket camera or an upper level DSLR or mirrorless camera, if possible anyway. 'Cause that way, if and when you happen to capture really amazing shots, you know shots that have a great potential for real world projects, well your photos are going to stand a much better chance of being high enough in quality for print and for large sized viewing. I don't have a lot of specific goals or rules to pass along with this project…
