- [Instructor] When you think of visual communication campaigns, it's likely that creating email templates didn't come up in your mind as a potential deliverable. This is actually why I love suggesting email templates, because many email campaigns focus on the text-based content of the email versus including engaging visuals. This means that your campaign will have an opportunity to stand out if you include email design as part of the package. Marketers use a variety of online services to create and distribute targeted email campaigns. They use emails to keep current customers engaged, entice future customers, and share thought leadership content to further strengthen their brand in the eyes of the email recipients.
