Using Smart Searches
- [Instructor] In addition to allowing you to create font sets manually, Suitcase Fusion can create dynamic sets called smart searches where the contents of the set are based on crtieria that you define, and they update automatically when you add or remove fonts that match the criteria. So let's see how smart searches work in Suitcase Fusion. You can create a new smart search by choosing File, New Smart Search, or by clicking the button in the toolbar. Then you can give your smart search a name and customize it using the menus in the middle of the window. I'm gonna call this one PostScript Scripts. Now I can tell Suitcase Fusion to populate the set with fonts that match any or all of certain criteria. I'm gonna choose all, and then from this pop-up, I can choose things like name, activation status, type, and so on. So what I wanna do here is make a smart search of my PostScript fonts. So I'll choose Type matches PostScript, and there's all my PostScript fonts. Now I'll add another…
