- [Instructor] So, we touched on this already a little bit, about this difference between the execution part of your career, the doer part, and then there's this transition to becoming a leader. And really, the hard part of this is that that transition into leadership is where I see so many potential leaders fail. They struggle. They've done so well. They've been such good designers, such good writers, such good thinkers, but now you put 'em in charge of a team. Now you asked them to take on a different role, and all of a sudden, all that success seems to evaporate. Well, why is that?
