- [Instructor] In the previous movie, I asked you to write some open-ended questions that could drive an unstructured interview with our client. This interview has a couple of purposes, first, we need to start to learn more information about our problem. And second, we want to start to understand how well informed the client is so that we can better understand how and when to utilize them in our process. So let's get into it. The first area that I want to ask about is pretty straightforward and that's a good to begin. Let's start easy with something that the team should definitely know about. I wanna know more about the history of the brand, more specifically, I wanna know about how the current platform was developed, how the colors were built, the tone, the messaging, all that good stuff.
