The idea here is to understand the process, not necessarily have the same exact answers. I'll walk you through my results. I took a look at everything in my W column, that I labeled as being something I thought I could learn from my client. Let's take a look. How does the branding carry out through the customer experience? This I thought was knowledge, I think it's something that we can estimate but WOW should really this better than us.
