- Before going into production of your final packaging, you may want to consider another review of the consumer response to packaging design. You'll want to get a solid idea of how it will perform on the shelf, and more importantly, how it would stand out from the competition. For minimal time and cost, you can create realistic images of retail store sections to accurately show the final packaging and how it will appear next to its competition. It's good practice to create strong, front-view visualizations on the package on a neutral background to physically show to people, or to digitally upload online for reviewer input.
