Presenting the pitch
- [Instructor] Once you've developed some potential design directions, identified your deliverables, and created a timeline, you have everything you need to pitch your solutions to a client and get final feedback to kick off the campaign. As a reminder, your pitch should be in three parts: identifying the deliverables, defining your style, and determining a timeline. Start by putting the pieces together. As you'll see in this example, the first page shows three perspective styles. Each style includes an explanation and reiterates campaign goals. This is important because it helps align expectations. When running a visual campaign, you will have to realign expectations with nearly every deliverable, so even when it feels redundant, you're safer over-explaining than assuming. On the next few pages, you'll see a breakdown of deliverables. This gives your client an opportunity to weigh in on your ideas, while also seeing the scope of your work in full.
