- High-performing teams don't work in silos. It takes a variety of players to get a project done, especially in today's workplace and especially in the design world. New technology and digital trends that require cross-departmental collaboration are on the rise more now than ever before. Marketing and creative teams are no doubt partnering much more closely not just periodically, but on a day-to-day basis with their IT teams and departments. In a recent survey conducted by The Creative Group, 55% of advertising and marketing executives said that they are collaborating more closely with tech leaders within their company, compared to just three years ago.
