- Thank you for watching. I really do remember what a terribly stressful process this is, but it's a necessary evil. How else are we going to find you? How else are you going to find us? We just have to go through this together. In the end, when you find your job, you'll know it was worth it and when you're in a position to hire designers, hopefully you'll remember how difficult it was. I want to remind you of a few key points so you don't forget them. Make your resume one page. No matter how compelling your hobbies are, if they don't fit, leave them out. You can tell us about them in your interview. In your portfolio, you're going to be judged by the whole thing, not just the best pieces. So make them all the best pieces and only include work that you're proud of. Leave out the iffy ones. Quality over quantity. Bring your work physically or on a device to the interview.
