- Alright, if you thought the last one was tricky,…practice a few more times before you try this one.…This is a small box mockup,…one that doesn't take too long to cut and fold…but it takes some precision.…This package was a redesign of a previous package…that a client brought to my studio…so the size of the gum blister pack inside…was already determined.…The structure of this along with the template…were provided to us from a printer…so all we had to do…was design the exterior of the packaging.…I think it turned out pretty good.…
Now, I'm never going to achieve the foil effect…on my mockup and I really don't think it's necessary…when I'm going to show a client…because I'll show other print samples…of what the foil looks like…so they can visualize the end result…and that's exactly what I did when designing this package.…Now, this box has several score lines like the beauty box…but it also has one area where I need to score it…in an unusual spot and that's right here.…If you pull this out, the bottom folds in.…So it's a hard one to find on the markings of your printout…
