Locations and quantity matters

Locations and quantity matters

- [Instructor] Think of printing on a shirt in a second location as an entirely separate print job. Screens have to be swapped out, T-shirts have to be reloaded, presses need to be readjusted. For example, the front of the shirt could be printed on a Tuesday, the backs on a Wednesday, and the sleeves on a Thursday. Another thing to think about is the quantity of shirts you're ordering. The quantity you order will effect your pricing. The higher the quantity you purchase, the better the price break you'll get. It's much easier for the T-shirt producers to set up your artwork one time and then print a large run of shirts, rather than taking the time to set up for a couple of shirts and then repeating the process all over again. So keep the number of the print locations on a shirt down and the quantities of shirts up for the best prices.
