- [Narrator] Let's talk about the big topic of the day, leading a workshop. Leading a productive client workshop, it really isn't as intimidating as it may sound. I'm sure most of you watching this have lead client meetings before, and this is really not that different. From my time in the classroom to my experience working with clients, I've boiled this whole idea down to five big points that I think are the most important qualities for any leading facilitator to have. Let's get into them. Number one, be a good communicator. Everything, and I do mean everything, starts with communication. "Hi, welcome, thanks for being here today, "we're so glad to have you, we're excited to work with you, "we're gonna all learn a lot together today." So that tone, that positivity tone and a welcoming communication, it sets things off right away in the right direction and it ends each activity with the right frame of mind.
