- As I mentioned earlier, general studio SOPs refer to overarching operational practices that keep the team efficiently moving along by ensuring all team members are engaging in the same activities in the same way. General studio SOPs include file-naming conventions, archiving protocols, digital asset management, content management and version control, time entry, and out-of-office and accessibility guidelines.
