- [Instructor] Now, we want to keep looking at this idea of how do you move your team from being that commodity into that really critical asset? Now, one of the things that's going to play a huge part in this is how do you define and socialize what do you need to be successful? Because this a thing that I see too many teams do where they just simply take whatever it is they're given, just whatever the client decides to give them, whether it's what they actually need or not, and then when the project doesn't go well, I'll go back to them and say, well, did you get everything you needed to really let your process work? And they'll say, well, no. Well, okay, so if you didn't get what you needed, why did you think you were going to be able to do great work out of this? And because this is the challenge, is that so many creative teams, well, they have the raw talent to be successful, but without a process, they just can't capitalize on it.
