- [Instructor] Throughout this course, you've heard me reference multiple times the importance of culture, building a creative team's culture, of what that can do. So what I want to do in this chapter is I actually want to dig into that a bit more. I want to actually try to share some blueprints and some ideas for how you can really start to bring your team's culture to life. Because the reality is that culture's what takes this independently talented, these people that are all very separate, and merges them into one team. Because we know that they have individual creative processes. They have individual ways of solving problems. But what I want and what they need is they need a shared sense of purpose. And then as a leader, the power in this is that... Yes, this is one of the more intangible things, but it's something you can really influence. It's something that you can really drive.
