- [Instructor] Now, as the last part of this chapter, I want to spend some time really talking about how are you going to empower, and how are you going to focus your team on helping to work with you to bring about this change? Because teamwork, it has to be one of your team's core values, because creativity at its heart is a team sport that is the we. It's the collective work on something that makes that work so much better. But it needs to extend a bit past that as well. It needs to go into the team concept, because the team needs to understand that leadership, well leadership can't just come from the top. Because what it's going to be is that everybody has to be responsible for being a part of the change. And I see this in so many teams that are more on that commodity side, that they are more of the service organization side where they're going to sit around and they're going to wait for leadership to come and tell them what to do.
