- There are a number of communication tools such as email, voicemail, and teleconferencing that organizations leverage to facilitate communication and collaboration. The care you take in using them effectively and responsibly, will enhance your credibility with others in your company. Lucky for you, that most best practices are pretty straight forward and simple to follow. Unlucky for you, if you're like most creatives, you probably have a dysfunctional passive-aggressive relationship with these tools. I know I did until I realized the toll it was taking on my ability to work with others. To help you out, I've created some cheat sheets that will hopefully short circuit your strained relationship with communications technology. So roll up your sleeves, and let's get started.
