- [Instructor] You've taken the time to write some beliefs. You've established the norms for your team. So how do you bring them to life? How do you start to coach that leadership and that creativity? Because here's the thing is that once I've created these beliefs, how do I get them adopted? How do I bring them to life? How do I make them relevant and more than just a bunch of statements that we decided to create and put up on a wall?
