Andy Schwanbeck covers the basics of choosing the most effective client research activities by understanding what type of data you're working with and how it should be organized.
- [Instructor] Now we're ready to put together a schedule…for our first session with WOW.…There's a few things to think about…when considering how to lay out the day.…Let's start with the basics.…How many activities do we want to do?…Well, here are my buckets,…for client knowledge where I really wanna learn…what WOW has to offer and how they perceive their value.…Got three activities in mind.…They're all a little bit similar…so they should help to identify some patterns along the way.…And since they're similar,…I'll probably run them back to back to back…just to keep a consistent flow going.…
For validation, I'd like help from the client verifying…their current messaging platform.…What they like about it, don't like,…maybe would want to add, take away.…All with the mindset of asking them,…are you who you say you are?…I have three additional activities…planned out for this segment.…Mostly working with messaging…that I've collected ahead of time.…And for consensus,…I only really have one primary objective here…and that's to get a broad sense of how we can grow…
