- [Instructor] Now we want to spend some time on really digging in on a few really key, really important areas that as we talk about building your leadership, as we talk about becoming a better leader, they're going to make a huge amount of difference. And some of these may be things, well, maybe you haven't necessarily thought about just how important they are. And the first one of these is going to be trust, and it's going to really affect you in two different ways. The first is going to be with your team, because if you think about it, asking anyone to create something, well, you're asking them to inherently risk something personal. Hand you a blank piece of paper or a blank screen and I'm asking you to create something. So, that person is then going to have to risk something, because if their creative process is personal, well, then what ends up on that screen or on that piece of paper is then going to be personal.
