- [Instructor] Now the last thing that we want to focus on in this section is we talk about how do you become a better leader, is we want to talk about knowledge. And we've all heard it for forever, it's one of the oldest sayings that's around, that knowledge is power. And it's going to be especially true for you and your team but in this particular case it probably is going to mean something a little bit different than the way you've traditionally heard it. Because as a leader you need to know what's going on in order to be effective. And here's the thing, is that the challenge is that you aren't going to always get the feedback and the perspective that you need. And that that's a real challenge because I have to somehow be grounded to the team, I have to understand what's going on especially for something that's as subjective as creativity. I need to know how the team's feeling, I need to know what they're thinking. And as a result, if I'm not really getting that information, then…
