- [Instructor] So as we look to wrap up this first basic section, it seems like the best place to wrap it up would be how do we get a baseline? How do we assess leadership readiness? How do we do it for you, or how do we do it for members of your team? Because the reality is, as I've found, is that everybody, everybody that I talk to, and you say hey, have you managed people before? Are you good at leadership, are you good at being able to kind of work with the team? Of course, everybody's answer is yes, but the thing is that leading creativity is tricky. And especially the more you go onto your career, especially as you transition from that person that was about just working on you, evolving your creative voice, to now having to do it with other people. So, how can you actually tell who on your team, or how can you even tell for you, really have that experience? And one of the things that I've done is to just develop a really simple test.
