- So let's talk about taking pictures of big things. Big things like landmarks, bridges, stadiums, or buildings. And since I have photo clients who are architects and builders, I've had a lot of direct experience in this area. You know, taking pictures of buildings in particular, and I think that the lessons that I've learned in this department can be passed along to you in ways that it's going to help you prep for and conduct all kinds of large scale photo shoots of your own. Okay, there are four main factors to keep in mind with photo shoots like these. There's the time of day, there's the weather, there's environment, and by environment I mean making sure that things look good in the foreground and the background of whatever you're shooting.
