- [Narrator] Apple's e-book guidelines document, formally called the iBooks Asset Guide, is available at this website. As always, I highly recommend that you take some time to read these guidelines. They included details about reflowable and fixed layout EPUB files, as well as information on Apples' multi-touch or iBooks author format. Here are a few things to pay attention to when you're testing e-book files for Apple's iBook store. Apple rejects e-books that contain links or references to other retailers. This include links on the copyright page or in the back of the book. They'll even remove links to other stores that don't sell the same things that they sell. So I recommend you remove anything from your book that references any other retailer. Be sure to include the landmarks with table of contents, cover, and start location.
