- [Instructor] So, we've taken the time to talk about what is the creative process; and we've also taken the time to talk about how important it is to actually invest in understanding the creative process of everybody on your team. Well, the thing that that sets up is really an interesting problem because now you as a leader, your leadership style, is going to have to leave room for that creative process to actually flourish. But, at the same point, you need to be able to help them evolve as a group. You need to be able to have your vision to be able to be a part of this. So there has to be this balance. Let's look at that question here for a second of how do we find the balance between the individual creativity, the thing that you're trying to nurture, in all these people with actually your ability to lead the team; and I think about this, and I break it down really into three parts.
