Join Jess Stratton for an in-depth discussion in this video Working with page settings, part of Google Classic Sites Essential Training.
…You may have noticed that certain pages have certain characteristics.…For example, they have the title at the…top, and then other pages have different things.…For example, this page looks a little bit busy right now.…Because I can see the sub pages listed under it here.…I can see this add files link if I wanted to attach any files to this page.…And I can also see this comments field.…You have the power to toggle…all of those either on or off depending on what kind…of page it is, and what you need for that page.…
So for every page to get into those settings,…select more from the top right and choose page settings.…From here, you can toggle on or off to show the page title, links…to the sub pages, whether you want to allow attachments and even allow comments.…You may notice that it'll tidy up your page a lot if you…can clean it up and get it looking just the way you want.…You can also put in the page description here.…Now, you won't see that on the page itself, but Google…will use this text while it's indexing your site for searches.…
