- [Curt] Hi, I'm Curt Frye. In this course, I'll show you how to use advanced formulas and functions in Google Sheets. I'll start with a review of formulas, demonstrating how to enter and edit formulas, use relative and absolute references, and work with named ranges. Next I'll show you how to use mathematical and statistical functions. You will round numbers, summarize numbers conditionally based on one or more criteria, and identify value ranks within a data set. After that, I'll show you how to analyze financial data by calculating payments, determine the effects of interest and inflation, and find the net present value of investments. Finally, I'll show you how to work with dates and times, perform look-up and linking tasks, and summarize a range of data. In short, I'm certain that the time you spend over this course will be time well spent. Dive right in.
