Sometimes the text is unreadable as it extends beyond the length of a cell. In this video, learn how to expand the contents of an entire column.
- [Instructor] You can change the wrapping so text is readable within a cell, select the cell, and from the toolbar click Text Wrapping, and then choose Wrap. You can wrap an entire column by selecting it and clicking Wrap again. You can extend an entire column at once by hovering your mouse on the top right-hand side of a column, and double-clicking. Finally, if you have too much text, you can add line breaks. Double-click inside the cell where you want the line break to occur. Use Option + Return on your keyboard for a Mac, and Alt + Enter on a Windows computer.
