- [Instructor] When you summarize your data using a pivot table you might want to show all of the rows, but change the order in which they're displayed. In this movie I will show you how to change the order of the values in a pivot table by sorting the pivot table's contents. My sample file is 02_01_Sort and you find it in the chapter two folder of the Exercise Files collection. This workbook has two work sheets. The first one is Sheet1 and we'll be looking at that in few minutes, and then also Pivot Table 2, that's where we are now. This pivot table contains project data, specifically actual labor costs for four projects. If we look over at the Pivot table editor control panel on the right, and if you don't see it, for example, if you closed it by accident, then you can click any cell in the pivot table to bring it back. But if we look in the Rows area we'll see that the Project field, which is what appears within the body of the pivot table, has two controls beneath it. And those…
