- [Voiceover] Two of the most useful pieces of information about a data set are its maximum and minimum values. In Google Sheets, you can discover those values as well as find the lowest and highest values given specific criteria. I'll show you how to perform those tasks in this movie. This worksheet contains a set of meeting count data. I have 10 weeks and the assumption is that an employee moves between Chicago and Portland in alternating weeks, and in column C, we have the number of meetings that were required each week. If I want find the minimum number of meetings in column C, I can use the min function. So I click in cell F three, type an equal sign and use min, M-I-N, followed by a left parenthesis and then select cells C four through C13, followed by right parenthesis and I see the minimum number is zero, which I see in cell C five. I can also find the maximum, using the max function. So, in F four, I'll type equal, M-A-X, followed by a left parenthesis, and again, it will be…
