Entering and editing cell data
- [Instructor] Let's talk about how to enter data into cells in Google Sheets. I'll show you the basics of how to enter and format content in cells as I start adding data to this solar panel chart spreadsheet. It's available as cells in the exercise file chapter three folder. To enter content into a cell, click on the cell and start typing. I'll show you how by entering data in cell B1. I'll type in size for this column header and I'll press enter on my keyboard to save the content. If this cell already has data in it, select the cell and start typing to replace the contents of the cell. I'll replace the contents of cell B1 and change the name of this column header to solar panel size square feet. I'll click any other cell to save the content. You can also copy and paste data into a cell from your clipboard. To do that, I'll use control C or command C on my keyboard to copy the content in cell B1 and I'll click on…
