You can make the text larger or smaller on the screen. In this video, learn how to set the Zoom level as well as go full screen for full focus on your data.
- [Instructor] If the text in your spreadsheet is too small to read, you can change the Zoom level to get a closer look. From the toolbar, click the down arrow next to 100%, and you can zoom in to make the text as large as you need. You can choose to a smaller percentage to see the whole sheet at a glance. And you can also collapse the toolbar, if you need more real estate. Click the arrow on the top right-hand side of the screen. Finally, you can choose to go full screen by selecting View, Full Screen. Press Escape to bring the controls back.
