Structured data is a set of tags that you add to your site, which helps search engines understand the various pieces of information that are on your pages. You can use structured data to call out items on a menu, your opening hours, products, reviews, and a whole lot more. Structured data is incredibly important in the local SEO landscape.

Now, just listing it on your site is pretty good,…but we want to go a step further…and wrap that information in a structured data tag,…that is to say we want to explicitly call it out to Google…as an address for our business.…Using explorecalifornia.org as an example,…I'm going to scroll to the bottom of the site,…and in the footer, we have the location information.…
