We took a look at Dialogflow and explained the underlying concepts and basic components of the architecture. We were able to create an agent, set up intents, and create custom entity types and parameters. We created training phrases and showed how context and follow-up intents can be used to manage conversational flow. Finally, we looked at fulfillment, and how it can be used to integrate with your back-end APIs and services to truly create dynamic conversations to respond in real time to a user's request for information. We built a fully functioning pizza-ordering chatbot and also showed how to deploy it on your website in demo mode.
