- [Instructor] Integrations and Dialogflow are a way to easily expose any chatbot you create to a variety of platforms. This is really cool because if you think about it, you can build your chatbot once and reuse the training conversational flow and all the functionality you build and expose to many different user interfaces. Let's click on the integrations link on the left-hand navigation menu and here you'll see a host of options for integrating your chatbot. First and foremost, we have the Google Assistant. You can easily integrate your bot via actions for the Google Assistant. Then, if we look down, we can see that your website or web demo as being a way to expose your chatbot. You also have Facebook Messenger, Slack, Twilio, Twitter, and Skype as already having built-in integration patterns. Using Twilio, for example, you can directly expose your chatbot via SMS.
