Dialogflow pricing and setup

- [Narrator] In order to work with chatbots using Google Dialogflow, you'll need a Google account. If you have an existing account, you can use it. But if you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. To create an account, click on the Sign in button at the top right. Click on Create account, For myself, and just provide the required information to get your account set up. Google Dialogflow has two pricing models: Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition. The Standard Edition offers most services for free once you don't go over certain quotas and limits. For the purposes of this course, the Standard Edition with free limits will suffice. So there is no cost to go through the course material. We will not be exceeding any quotas or limits. Believe it or not, Dialogflow has made it really easy to build a fully functioning chatbot with just configuration, and minimal coding involved. So you don't need any previous programming experience to take the course. We will be working with a process known as fulfillment, however, and doing a little coding in Node.js. But you should be able to follow along as everything will be explained in detail. Dialogflow allows you to export and import entire configurations for agents. This is really great for version control and keeping track of changes that have been made. You can also import and export configuration settings for intents and entities as well. These are concepts that we will learn about later on in the course. Google Dialogflow continues to update its user interface screens and functionality that is provided. What this means is that as we review configuration in the Dialogflow console, it might be the case that screens may not look exactly the same as when the video was recorded. The core concepts should remain the same, however. So just look around the screen, and you should be able to navigate and find all the features and functionalities we discuss. With those housekeeping rules behind us, let's jump into learning about Dialogflow.
