Create an agent in Dialogflow
- [Instructor] The first step in creating our chatbot is to create an agent. Remember, an agent is where it all starts. It is the parent container for your entire conversational experience. Think of it again as a virtual agent in charge of the entire chatbot conversational flow. So from the main console screen, you can click on the Create Agent button here or alternatively, from the left-hand navigation, there is the Create Agent link. So I'm going to click on Create Agent and of course, we first have to give our agent a name. So we can enter here PizzaBot. The default language for our bot is going to be English. So you just want to ensure that that is selected. For the time zone, you can click on the dropdown and you can select the time zone that is appropriate for you. I'm just going to select this time zone here. Then we can click on the Create button. So this creates our agent for us. We'll give this a couple…
