- [Instructor] Cloud Dialogflow is a pre-built application that can be used to build conversational dialogues in chat or voice applications. It hosts a suite of machine-learning capabilities that can be used to build conversational interfaces. It enables building chatbots for text and speech conversations. These chatbots can recognize what the user is talking about and suitably respond with messages and answers. So, how can you build these things using Cloud Dialogflow? With an integrated code editor, of course. On top of that, Cloud Dialogflow is serverless and fully managed application on GCP. That means you're going to save money on setup and maintenance costs. It has multi-language support, and hints can be used to build chatbots that recognize the user's language and respond in the same language. It also provides analytics for user experiences. This provides for analyzing conversations and fine-tuning chatbots for better user experience.
