- [Instructor] Let's imagine that we know exactly…which KPIs the company would like to monitor,…and we prefer to create one dashboard…that'll contain all of that information.…This is quite a realistic scenario,…it can happen if the finance team suggests specific KPIs,…or you already created a list of KPIs.…Let's see how this is done from within Google Analytics.…So we're signed in to Analytics,…and under the customization tab, we can just expand that,…and under dashboards, if we click on that,…it produces our existing dashboards…and we can click on Create.…
So now we're going to give this dashboard a name,…and let's call it our Mixed KPI dashboard.…And now I'm going to just click on Create Dashboard.…So, next we can add various widgets to the dashboard.…I can decide to use each widget for a different KPI,…or I can use a couple of widgets…to reveal more about the same KPI.…Be sure to use an accurate title, that's going to tell us…what to expect from every widget.…
